Shipping Policy — Thrust Vector Prints

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimums, no codes required.

Processing and Delivery Times All orders are custom-made and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, before shipment. Please allow an estimated 5–10 business days for your order to be produced and delivered. This estimate combines production time (typically 2–5 business days) and standard shipping time (typically 3–4 business days) and is provided as a general guideline only — it is not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary based on order volume, product type, your location, and carrier conditions outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@thrustvectorprints.com, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Destination We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or Undelivered Packages Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, the customer. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@thrustvectorprints.com. We cannot guarantee resolution in cases of carrier error or theft, and any assistance provided is at our sole discretion.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons such as the holidays, please allow additional time for delivery.
