OVERVIEW

Welcome to Thrust Vector Prints. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Thrust Vector Prints, a sole proprietorship operating under a registered DBA in the State of Utah. Thrust Vector Prints operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (the "Services"), powered by Shopify.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. If you are allowing a minor dependent to use the Services on a device you own or manage, you accept full responsibility for their use and agree that it complies with these Terms.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or placing an order, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing and payment details, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products in our store. However, please be aware that colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will match exactly what is depicted in our store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities or availability by geographic region or on a case-by-case basis.

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner, Printful. We do not maintain inventory, and production and fulfillment of your order begin after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are shipped directly from Printful's facilities to you.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Thrust Vector Prints reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and your payment has been received and processed.

Because our products are made to order and fulfillment begins promptly after an order is accepted, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please review your order carefully — including size, quantity, and shipping details — before submitting. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@thrustvectorprints.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production.

In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges.

From time to time, we may offer promotions that affect pricing and that are governed by their own terms. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided, (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by our production partner, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thrustvectorprints.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We currently ship within the United States only.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on the Services — including store design, text, graphics, logos, and original artwork created by Thrust Vector Prints — is owned by Thrust Vector Prints and protected under applicable U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

Many of our designs are derived from historical documents, images, and materials released by NASA that are in the public domain. Some designs incorporate AI-assisted image generation, resolution enhancement, and manual editing. Where third-party public domain materials have been used as a basis for our designs, we have made reasonable efforts to verify their public domain status.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any original content from the Services without our prior written consent.

Thrust Vector Prints's name, logo, and other branding elements are the trademarks of Thrust Vector Prints. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are the trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our store is powered by Shopify, and certain features may involve tools or services provided by third parties. We do not control or monitor these third-party tools and provide access to them "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any harm or loss arising from your use of third-party tools or your access to third-party websites linked from the Services.

Any third-party links or resources on the Services are provided for your convenience. Please review the policies of any third-party site before engaging with it. Complaints or concerns regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Thrust Vector Prints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Thrust Vector Prints. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Thrust Vector Prints, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Thrust Vector Prints.

SECTION 9 — PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information in connection with your use of the Services, in accordance with Shopify's own Privacy Policy.

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content ("Feedback") through the Services, you grant Thrust Vector Prints a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose, including improving and promoting the Services.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit any Feedback you provide, and that your Feedback does not violate the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your Feedback. We reserve the right to remove any Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. You will remain responsible for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections will survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRUST VECTOR PRINTS, ITS PARTNERS, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thrust Vector Prints, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to or use of the Services.

We will notify you of any such claim and may control the defense and settlement at your expense, but will not settle any claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent.

SECTION 17 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law. You and Thrust Vector Prints consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Utah for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thrust Vector Prints regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any ambiguities in these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time without notice.

SECTION 21 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. We will notify you of any material changes as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
